Cablegia is a company founded by passionate young people to serve DIY customers. We hope to use our ability to bring more friendly and economical tools to customers in aerospace, automobile production and wire harness production.
Our Story
Jiaxing Litian Hardware Co., Ltd. We were once the Electronic Department of China Military. We came out from the department and set up our own small business, and joined the Aviation Industry Corporation of China in 2021.
Cablegia, paying our heart to provide Mil-spec Wiring Crimping Tools / Positioners, Deutsch DT/DTM/DTP Connectors, Mil-spec Autosport Connectors and Wiring Accessories, supplying many customers with economical and affordable solutions for wiring.
Crimp Tools
Manufacturer of AS22520 Mil-spec wiring crimp tools for interconnect systems (38999 / 26482 / 5015 series), compatible with Amphenol, Deutsch, ITT Cannon, TTI, Souriau, Glenair and more.
Positioners
A full range of positioners including UH2-5, SK2/2 for AFM8, K40–K43, K13-1 and many custom Cablegia / Astro equivalents.
Deutsch Connectors
All series supplied — DT (2,3,4,6,8,12), DTM (2,3,4,6,8,12) and DTP (2,4) — ideal for motorsport and automotive wiring.
Tools & Positioners
Our tools include M22520/1-01 (AF8), M22520/2-01 (AFM8) and HDT-48-00 for Deutsch / M39029 contacts. Tools and positioners are widely used in aerospace and avionics connection, motorsport wiring and military connection systems.
Deutsch Connectors & DR-25 Tubing
Deutsch connectors and DR-25 tubing are widely used in motorsport wiring assembly, racing car wiring looms, automotive garages and autosport wiring harnesses.
Raychem DR-25 heat-shrinkable tubing is flexible and abrasion resistant, made from a radiation cross-linked elastomeric material formulated for optimum high-temperature fluid resistance and long-term heat resistance. Its operating temperature ranges from -75 °C to +150 °C for long periods, shrinking to 50% (2:1 ratio) of its supplied diameter when heated.
